Software for work where a wrong figure costs money.

RHND Innovations is a development and services group in Vienna. We build and operate products for finance, customs, logistics and carbon-border compliance. They share one habit: every figure on screen can be followed back to the document it came from.

Built where the software has to meet the customs desk.

Our products start inside the work. A customs clearance that has to reproduce to the forint. A CBAM declaration where a supplier's number stays provisional until a verifier confirms it. A month-end where the AI may propose but a person decides.

We build the software, operate it with the first customers, and keep the advisory and go-to-market services alongside it, so the product is not just shipped but adopted inside the process it is meant to improve.

What we build and run.

Three products we build and operate, and one partner engagement.

cbam.procbam.schoolcbam.helpCarbon-border compliance

CBAM, from the first question to the annual declaration.

Three surfaces for one regulation. CBAM.Pro is the workspace for EU importers: import lines, suppliers and their emissions data, the certificates each line will need and what they cost, with our consultants working on it with you. CBAM.School trains the people who have just been handed CBAM, with a certificate anyone can check online. CBAM.Help is the free briefing that says what is settled and what is still a draft.

  • Every figure traceable to its source. A supplier's declared value stays provisional until an accredited verifier confirms it.
  • Separate courses for EU importers and for the exporters who must supply the data, taught by the team that files CBAM.
  • Every article links the regulation it rests on and says whether the rule is in force or a proposal.

solvent.moneyFinance

The finance system a founder can actually run.

Invoicing, costs, bank reconciliation and a live profit and loss, with each company following its own country's VAT and tax rulebook. An AI reads the live books and explains every number in plain English. It proposes; a person approves. It never moves money or files anything on its own.

  • Live for UK, US, Austrian and Hungarian companies, each under its own rules and currency.
  • A practice workspace for accountants: every client its own isolated entity, white-label, billed per client.
  • RHND runs its own UK and Austrian entities on it. Solvent is not a demo.

cargoslip.oneLogistics and customs

An import project, end to end, to the forint.

Cargoslip runs an import route as one ledger: the companies on it, the trains and trucks, the stock at the terminal, customs clearance in parallel, and the costs and prices behind every tonne. Customs value, duty and import VAT are computed in the order the declaration does it, so the result sits next to the filed declaration and the difference is zero, or the line where they part.

  • Each company on the route sees only its own part, enforced inside the database, not only in the interface.
  • Nothing is deleted. A correction is a new entry, and every figure stays reproducible.
  • Built and operated in Vienna. The customs work is done together with Vám-Zoll Group.

Partner engagementUnited States

New products for a satellite-communications and media platform.

Galileyo reaches a preparedness audience through satellite hardware partners and its own media. RHND designs and builds its next products as separate applications under the Galileyo brand, rather than as patches to the existing site.

  • Separate apps, not patches. New products carry the brand and ship on their own infrastructure.
  • Product design and engineering from one team, from the first prototype to the shipped application.

How we build.

Six rules, each learned in one product and carried into the next.

  1. 01

    Every figure has a source.

A number that cannot be followed back to a document does not go into a total. The screen says what is missing instead.

  2. 02

    Declared is not verified.

A claim stays provisional until someone accountable confirms it, and the status is shown in words, never by colour alone.

  3. 03

The AI proposes. A person decides.

Nothing moves money, files a return or changes a record without a named person approving it. Switch the assistant off and nothing happens in the background.

  4. 04

    Nothing is deleted.

Every entry is signed by the person who made it. A correction is a new entry. A removed record is archived, so the history behind a figure stays reproducible.

  5. 05

    Countries are data, not code.

Each jurisdiction's VAT, tax and customs rules live as a rulebook the engine reads. A new country is a configuration, not a rebuild.

  6. 06

We run our own company on it.

RHND's invoices, costs and VAT watch run on Solvent across its UK and Austrian entities. We meet our own rough edges before a customer does.

How we work with teams.

The products came out of this work. The work is still available on its own.

Product and market strategy

Positioning, packaging and the sales material for specialist products that need trust before they can scale. We have done it for our own products and for partners.

Operational advisory

Hands-on process work with customs, finance and compliance teams before a software decision is locked in.

Production software

Web platforms, internal tools and data workflows built for repeatable use, auditability and long-term ownership.

Close to customs practice, not only to software.
